New Chefs on the Block

Running time: 96 mins

Chasing the scrumptious dream of chef-stardom, first-hand. Two chefs, each with his own separate dream: Aaron Silverman wants to create an informal restaurant with innovative, fresh cuisine; Frank Linn is determined to establish his own pizza shop. As their dreams sometimes turn into nightmares, Aaron and Frank confront obstacles and pitfalls head on, proving that with talent, gumption, and a little luck, dreams do come true. Director Dustin Harrison-Atlas follows both chefs over the course of several years as their restaurants come to fruition. Famous chefs lend their own tales of operating a restaurant. However, you don't have to be a foodie to enjoy and revel in the spirit and joy these two chefs bring to their passion – a great meal. – Sandy Wolf Presented In Honor Of Jim Boyce The added screening of New Chefs on the Block on March 8th, will be preceded by the short film My Mom and the Girl.
