As retribution for her brother's murder, Dr. Kay (Sigourney Weaver), a plastic surgeon with ice water running through her veins, against his will, puts a hit man through gender reassignment surgery. Seething with a thirst for revenge against who did this to her, Tomboy (Michelle Rodriguez) begins to climb up the thug ladder the only way she knows how—guns blazing and with a trail of corpses in her wake.
