A complicated relationship among three women can only lead to one thing: murder. Filled with sex, violence, and intrigue, Demimonde reveals the "Old World" prior to the upheaval of World War I. A cipher of a woman arrives to take a job as a maid in a household that entertains the richest of Hungary's upper class. There she meets a famous prostitute and her rigid housekeeper. A bizarre relationship ensues among the three women, revealing the lengths to which they will go for passion.
