If surviving cancer wasn't an ordeal already, Alice is incessantly haunted by the memory of her horrific surgery. Tired, poor, and habitually frustrated, Alice can't find peace of mind. When Alice's student, Thuy, pleas for help, both of their lives take an optimistic detour. The two find friendship and acceptance in a car repair shop where a group of atypical women welcome them into their family of social outcasts. Teaching to grow despite the past, Warrior Woman highlights the importance of self-respect, self-confidence, and accepting yourself, flaws and all.
