With Love... From the Age of Reason

Running time: 90 mins

Unshakeable Margaret Flore and her fanciful childhood self work in tandem to fulfill their promise to always set things straight.

On the eve of her 40th birthday, Margaret (Sophie Marceau of Braveheart) is a high-powered executive who sells nuclear power plants with a flair for subtle manipulation (?full cleavage for the Chinese; overkill, but they like it?). On her birthday she is visited by a retired notary with a strange birthday gift: a letter from a 7-year-old girl named Marguerite writing on her own birthday as she enters the age of reason. But Marguerite and Margaret are one and the same, and Marguerite has a few words of advice for her future self. The one letter turns into a series of letters that lead Margaret on a path through her childhood to her estranged brother, her childhood love and to uncovering why she strayed from her dreams of becoming a whale vet, princess or Martian explorer.

With Love?from the Age of Reason examines love, certainty, responsibility and what it means to follow your passion and stay true to the inner child that resides in all of us.
