Devan, a Tamil immigrant fleeing tragic loss in his war-torn homeland, makes a new life for himself and his family in the beautiful mountains of Switzerland, but the custom of arranged marriage still determines his future. His fully westernized cousin, Siva, who has dreams of becoming Switzerland?s number one rap sensation, doesn?t understand how anyone can enter into an arranged marriage with a woman he?s never met, and has turned his back on his own culture. When Moni, an irrepressible Swiss woman, enters Devan?s life, she forces them all to reconsider their attitudes towards their own culture and love even as preparations for Devan?s wedding are in full swing. The results are as touching as they are hilarious.
