Rushing home from work, there is an accident?something he has no time to deal with. As the victim lays on a dark country road, Jacob takes off. His life will never be the same.

As a writer well-known for becoming obsessed with his own stories, Jacob?s stress levels increase when he discovers secret photographs of soldiers torturing prisoners. Suspecting a political conspiracy and fearful of the police, Jacob undertakes his own investigation. Becoming paranoid and obsessive to a fault, Jacob is determined to seek answers to questions that should not be asked.

Director Christoffer Boe, winner of the 2003 Camera d?Or at Cannes for Reconstruction, has spun a tale of intrigue about a man whose life spirals out of control as he tries to discover the truth about both the world around him and himself.
