Having been kicked out of her apartment by her boyfriend, Camila decides to turn her own life into a narrative. Although Camila becomes involved with many different men, she remains consciously alone. With no past, she doesn?t want to know her future. What matters is her path. The act of writing is her identity. What follows is the story about Camila?s quest for redemption, obsessively building and destroying her self. And while her quest is for independence, Camila has an unconditional pursuit for affection, for intimacy?an existential experience that incarnates her body.

Based on Clarah Averbuck?s book The Pinball Machine, Camila JAM is a stylish film about passion, how we each at times face the abyss and how we find the strength we need to exist.
