Join us for a very special closing event, paying maverick tribute to the prolific film composer Elmer Bernstein. Event includes the presentation of a Maverick Tribute Award to Mr. Bernstein, a rare chance to see the wonderful film The Man With the Golden Arm, a great party with food and drink at Art-Tech, and live music by Steven Fry and the legend himself, Elmer Bernstein. Also at the party, the electric announcement of this year's Maverick Feature, Documentary and Short Award Winners will be made.

Mr. Bernstein's eclectic career has moved and entertained audiences for five decades. The list of great pictures is longer than two arms including To Kill a Mockingbird, The Magnificent Seven, The Ten Commandments, Age of Innocence, My Left Foot, The Rainmaker, and The Man With the Golden Arm which sports what is arguably his most innovative score.
