Emil idolizes Larissa from afar, avidly listening to her yearning tunes of love and unrealistically dreaming that someday he may find a girl just like her. But then the unthinkable happens - Larissa approaches Emil and not only talks to him, but actually asks him to pose as her boyfriend. It is an offer that Emil cannot possibly refuse. As tragedy unfolds, Emil gets deeper and deeper into his subterfuge. And complications arise when he not only finds himself accepted into Larrisa's family, but also unaccountably starts to fall in love with her younger sister.
