After meeting in the somber Forest of Still Life, an abused young woman (Blue) reluctantly follows a carefree doll (Emmm) to Stopmo City on his unreasonable quest for ice cream. Fraught with danger, their journey finds Blue and Emmm in the middle of a deadly battle between bizarre monsters. But when a flamboyant ultraviolet hero (Rain) appears and effortlessly dispatches all the horrible monsters in his path, an impossible battle against the source of all that is evil in Stopmo City ensues.

Director M dot Strange makes film history as the ultimate animation auteur, and one-man animation studio, by fulfilling almost every production role and creating every frame of his 88-minute film with his trademark "Str8nime" style?a bold and vivid new mixture of Strangeness, 8-bit videogame culture, and Japanese Anime.
