Paramedics Steve (Anthony Mackie, Avengers: Endgame) and Dennis (Jamie Dornan, Fifty Shades of Grey) find themselves answering calls to a series of grisly deaths. What’s common among all the crime scenes is a drug, “Synchronic.” When Dennis’ daughter herself becomes a victim, the duo is sucked into a twisted adventure. While Dennis feels helpless, Steve, recently diagnosed with terminal cancer, is invigorated. There is only one way to get some answers and Steve takes that chance. As the friends hurtle through a fantastic escapade, only “time will tell” if they make it out. Renowned directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (Spring, The Endless) pack a serious punch in this neo-noir film. – Shwetha VR
