INTRODUCTION to FINAL CUT PRO 4 - Content will include an overview of the Final Cut Pro interface, keyboard navigation, in and out points, editing, transitions, titling, internal audiometers, audio levels, key framing audio for ambiance, music, and voice tracks. No video editing experience is necessary. ADVANCED FINAL CUT PRO 4 - This session focuses on advanced trimming techniques, color keying, color correction, media management, and audio finishing, tips, tricks, and timesaving secrets. Prior Final Cut Pro experience is required. SOUNDTRACK and LIVETYPE - This course provides techniques to add professional quality music and sound effects to video and multi-media projects for more flexibility and creativity in the post-production process of motion graphics, arranging and scoring music. AUTHORING DVDs using DVD STUDIO PRO 2 - This hands-on session will show you how to create chapter and compression markers, alternate audio tracks, and alternate video angles in Final Cut Pro, as well as multiplexing, MPEG 2 compression, creating Dolby Digital audio tracks, adding DVD-ROM material, and the requirements for creating graphics for broadcast.
