The dead end lives of post high schoolers is captured with humor, poignancy and compassion in Tom Zuber?s unique tale of young adults trying to deal with a world that is not exactly welcoming them with open arms.

Director Zuber (Lansdown ? Best First Feature Winner from Cinequest, 2001) follows four stories which converge at the end of the day in the small town of Athens. Heather is convinced that her cop boyfriend is cheating on her and follows him to confront him. Jimmy is a pizza delivery boy/gym assistant/small time drug dealer who tries to unload drugs which he stole from his source whom he discovered dead. Corey and Pedro are evicted from their apartment and attempt to get rent money by using a stolen tow truck to sell a stolen car. And Jessica is being threatened by her boyfriend, who is convinced that she has given him VD, and seeks the help and protection of her ex-lover.

As all of the characters confront their situations, each is faced with a resolution that is both explosive and life affirming at the same time. And while everything does not end happily, each of these indelible personalities will learn a life lesson to help them navigate through the vagaries and complexities of the journeys on which they are set to embark.
