Short Program 2: The View from Higher Up

Short films try to raise us to get a better look at the world that all too often passes us by. This program of shorts takes a look at worlds both foreign and familiar from perspectives we seldom encounter.

Taking in the world through a top-wise view, we are treated to visions of cultures recognizable and strange, interacting in unexpected ways, and of children and parents finding a niche in each other?s busy lives. We see what the working world can be, the impact of unbelievable acts and the methods by which we can replace the shortcomings in others. From our perch, we?re presented with the normally unintelligible growls in the music of the world beneath us. The View From Higher Up will take you through a series of visions from somewhere higher than where we stand normally.
